Sometimes when I am trying to decide what to read next, I will surf around on the internet looking for author websites, book reviews, reader suggestions, etc. If I do end up on a writer’s blog, I will always give them at least two pages worth of my attention. I am a fan of women’s fiction and chick lit. But with the sea of pink covers, it is often hard to decide which one is going to amuse and entertain me and which one is going to talk down to me and have me regretting my wasted time. That’s why reading an author’s blog is always a great place to start. This is how I made my next decision. I was reading the 5 Spot Blog and found myself on a post by Liza Palmer. I so completely identified with (and was humored by) her thoughts and opinions on life, that I immediately decided this would be the book to read. Seeing Me Naked seems like the perfect novel to dive into.
