Amazon.com is hosting the “Best Book Covers of 2009” contest. They are also listing the best books of the year according to editors, customers, etc. Because I am such a big fiction reader, I was particularly interested in their nominees for the best fiction covers of 2009. My vote went with Colum McCann’s LET THE GREAT WORLD SPIN. If it’s something I would like to hang on my wall and carry around in my bag, then it has to be a great cover!
